Our merchandise is designed not only to look good, but also with quality and practicality in mind. The baseball hat has a rich burgundy color that pairs easily with many outfits, while the hat itself offers ideal sun protection in sunny Los Angeles. Made from 100% cotton and finished with an adjustable back strap, this cap ensures a perfect fit, breathability and lasting comfort, even when worn for extended periods.

Whether you’re heading out to play tennis, enjoy a round of golf, or meet friends for a casual brunch, this cap will keep you looking sharp and feeling comfortable. It also makes a thoughtful gift.

Responsibility: Why four stars, when Michelin awards only three?

The four stars represent setting your own goals and striving to achieve them. This idea was inspired by Marcus’s journey — earning his first Michelin star, then pursuing the second, and eventually the third. After achieving all three, twice, he concluded that true happiness is defining your own goals, following your passions, and doing your best to achieve them. So it's more about the philosophy behind them than the symbols per say.

Les Enfants de la Côte

This phrase represents everyone under our roof — both guests and staff. Directly translated as “The Children of the Coast,” it reflects our roots and our journey. As a couple who grew up along the coast of Sweden and later opened our first restaurant on the coast of Los Angeles, it felt natural to create a space where people can come together — to connect, to be excited by food and wine, to be curious and explore.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality: a warm, welcoming environment with delicious food, great wines and spirits, and a sense of comfort — where, hopefully, your favorite tune is playing.

The Postage Stamp

The postage stamp on the clothing tag represents the journey we’ve taken and where we’ve landed: 9575 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles. We’ve traveled and explored the world, lived in multiple places, and ultimately chosen LA as our home. This detail honors that journey and our deep connection to the city we now embrace and love.
