Final Sales / Refund Policy
All online orders are final at the time of purchase. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ordering. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can review and assist where appropriate, and at our discretion.
Timing Disclaimer
Food is prepared fresh to order. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from delays in pickup, delivery, or failure to retrieve orders within a reasonable amount of time.
Allergens / Dietary Disclaimer
While we take great care in preparations, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and making appropriate choices.
Order Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all orders prior to checkout. We are not responsible for errors resulting from in correct selections, or change of mind. We may make reasonable efforts to accommodate order corrections if notified promptly, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup / Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for orders left uncollected or quality degradation after pickup.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of ingredients based on seasonal availability.
Payment / Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree that payment will be processed at the time of purchase. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes that contradict these Terms may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
